LA REINE CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms) govern your application for and use of membership in the LA REINE CLUB ("Club"), a luxury lifestyle membership programme operated by LA REINE (the "LA REINE", "we", "us" or "our"). By submitting the membership application form or using any Club benefits, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies we may issue from time to time. If you do not agree, please do not apply for membership.
Definitions
"Member" means an individual whose application has been successfully processed and accepted by the Company.
"Normal Tier" means the entry-level membership tier open to the general public.
"Higher Tiers" means invitation-only or qualification-based tiers (e.g. Prestige, Royal) with enhanced benefits.
"Benefits" means the privileges, offers, gifts, and experiences provided to Members, subject to availability and these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
You must provide true, accurate, and complete information in the application form, including (but not limited to) your full name, email, phone number, gender, age range, yearly revenue (in HKD), and country/region.
We reserve the absolute right to approve or reject any application without giving reasons. Successful registration automatically grants Normal Tier membership.
Application and Registration
Membership is granted upon successful submission and our verification of your application.
We may request additional verification (e.g. email confirmation or ID check) to prevent fraud.
Each individual may hold only one Club membership account. Duplicate accounts will be terminated.
Membership Tiers
Normal Tier is complimentary and open to the public.
Higher Tiers are awarded based on spending, engagement, or invitation at our sole discretion.
Tier upgrades/downgrades are subject to our review and may take up to 30 days to process.
Membership Benefits
Benefits include (but are not limited to) gifts, surprises, VIP event access, concierge services, partner discounts, and personalised offers.
All Benefits are subject to availability, change, or withdrawal without prior notice.
Benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Yearly revenue information provided will be used solely to tailor exclusive experiences and assess suitability for Higher Tiers.
Membership Fees
Normal Tier membership is provided free of charge. Higher Tiers may incur annual fees, which will be clearly communicated at the time of invitation.
Personal Information and Data Protection
By applying, you consent to:
Our use of your data to administer the Club, personalise Benefits, and communicate with you.
Sharing anonymised or aggregated data with trusted partners for analytics.
Retaining your data for as long as your membership is active plus 7 years after termination for legal and audit purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data by contacting us at info@lareine.co.
Marketing Communication
You consent to receiving marketing communications (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications) about Club Benefits, events, and partner offers.
You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing info@lareine.co. Opting out will not affect your membership status.
Termination and Suspension
By You: You may terminate your membership at any time by emailing info@lareine.co. Termination is effective within 14 days.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your membership immediately if:
You provide false information;
You abuse Benefits or violate these Terms;
You engage in conduct that harms the Company’s reputation; or
For any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, all Benefits cease immediately. No refunds will be issued for any paid Higher Tier fees.
Amendments
We may amend these Terms at any time without prior notification. Continued use of your membership after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
